Seafood Pesto

Ingredients Cooking ng Ina mo... Bullet_arrow_up

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp minced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp, cut in half
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 1 cup baby portabella mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 - 12 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts (Vigo brand), drained and chopped
  • 1 - 10 oz jar of Basil Pesto (Classico brand)
  • 1 bag of fresh spinach, rinsed
  • 1 box of Rigatoni, cooked al dente




Directions Cooking ng Ina mo... Bullet_arrow_up

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet on stovetop
  2. sautee garlic and green onions
  3. add shrimp, sautee until shrimp are evenly pink
  4. add scallops, sautee another 2 minutes
  5. add baby portabellas, sautee one more minute
  6. add artichoke hearts
  7. add Basil Pesto, cook 2 minutes
  8. add spinach, cook another minute
  9. serve over Rigatoni

Nung nasa Cotabato pa ako favorite ko yun ginagawa ng lola ko na Tapioca.(parang ref cake na may palaman eh..masarap)Sana meron marunong sa atin at mag share pano gawin yun. Sana maging active si tenggay bka alam nya.Shes into cakes and pastries di ba? Very Happy Very Happy

I will post here yong mga recipe ko sa pagluto mga quickie lang:

Ito muna: Pinangat na Isda

What you need: Kalan o lutuan, steamer at foil

Sangkap: Kahit anong klaseng isda, common ay salmon, tilapia, tanigue, etc.

For 1 kilo of fish
1 or 2 kamatis (medium size)
konting asin pang lamas lang sa isda

optional: bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, etc.

Procedure:
Asinan ang Isda, wait for 5-15 minutes to soak, gayatin ang kamatis (maliiit na hiwa)

Ilagay sa foil ang isda at budburan ng kamatis, kung may olive oil lagyan mo lang ng konti at kung gusto mong idagdag yong additional na sahog gayatin lang ng maliliit at ihalo.

Ibalot ang foil then steam for 15-20 minutes..

Try it folks..it is healthy and simple!! enjoy!
